You can return unopened products, in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days or more have passed since delivery, we cannot process a return of your order. Request for returns must be communicated within the period of 7 days to LPharm Sales reps, or by submitting a request through our website. Upon receipt of the returned item in our premises, we will fully examine it, and if the product can be returned to our sales stock, a credit note will automatically be applied to your account. If for any reason the product cannot be returned to our sales stock, it will be returned to the client.
If you receive a damaged item product, please contact us on 05 814920 or by WhatsApp on 78 816865. A proof of damage may be requested such as a photo of the product to be checked by our quality team. Once we confirm that the damage is due to mishandling during the delivery process, the product will be retrieved, and a credit note will be issued to your account.
Near Expiry Returns
Request for returns of near expiry products must be communicated to LPharm within at least 3 months prior to expiry date.
